Joining the GPCo

Applications from practices are welcome. You will need to formally apply by letter to the Business Director at the address listed on the 'contact us' page.

Application success will be based on a number of factors such as:

• list size,
• IT infrastructure,
• locality,
• willingness to sign the GPCo agreement,
• willingness to abide by the working practices of Hampshire Health,
• willingness to work alongside Assura as a partner in the GPCo.

The decision is made by the sitting CMB and cannot be appealed.
